Armchair Driade Costes

Description

The armchair Costes Driade has a simple and linear design, proper for any type of furnishings. Costes is realized with tubular structure of steel painted black, coque in multilayer bent in different finishes. Stuffing in foam of polyurethane with covering in clear or black skin. Drawn by Philippe Starck in 1984 for the homonymous Parisian coffee, it owes its everlasting success to the absoluteness of its form: one coque winding in wood and three legs strongly tilted.
